Mechanical & Electrical

This involves both operations and maintenance aspect of Electromechanical services in client facilities. The 24x7 operations ensures the equipment/utilities availability of client infrastructure including the complaint management. While the mechanical will cover (Plumbing/Carpentry/Civil/HVAC/STP/WTP), Electrical will cover HT/LT Panel, DG’s; UPS ;Elevators. The maintenance aspect is covered via regular AMC’s from OEM along with maintenance team.

Operation & Maintenance

Operation & maintenance play an important role ensuring the optimisation of the life span of client infrastructure and end user experience to bare minimum TAT. This includes monitoring the run hours of each available equipment to be utilized in best optimum level to reduce the maintenance cost with higher operational efficiency with governance through PPM.

Plumbing & Carpentry

The Plumbing and Carpentry function will include day to day complaint management and better end-user experience. The plumbing will include a complete stand-alone building or infrastructure within the scope of client, issue outside the building premises effecting the day to day functioning will be dealt through local governing bodies with better coordination and liaising. In plumbing mostly, the leakages, chock up-blockages, minor modification, alteration-addition activities within the facilities will be addressed. Similarly, in carpentry both wood and glass carpentry complaint will be attended this throughout source vendor in case of major complaint and for minor complaint in-house complaint attainment will be initiated. Therefore, bifurcation of minor and major complaint need to be agreed between client and service provider to keep a better TAT and end user satisfaction.

Utility/Energy Management

This part of service offering will monitor optimum uses of power and hence, governing the PF, losses and day to day maintenance of utilities to enhance the TAT and further ensure highest energy saving. This will also give scope for service provider to initiate the measures by installing various control devices to gain better energy saving by optimum input cost in the long term run.


The HVAC will split in two major aspect i.e. low end and high end. The low end will cater the need of user comfort and therefore, operating and maintaining the HVAC units in facilities with bare minimum TAT. This include Exhaust Fans, Supply Fans, the portable AC units ie Package AC’s/Split AC’s/Duct able AC’s/Window AC’s and its associated auxiliaries’ units such as pumps, compressor, evaporator in direct system. Similarly, in indirect systems the chiller units/ condenser pumps/cooling tower etc. The high-end will include the complete back up on maintenance from OEM to keep the uptime of each equipment in HVAC system including the compressor maintenance/ condenser descaling/cooling tower maintenance/evaporator etc.

Water Treatment Systems

The water treatment system will cater the need of potable water duly supplied to any facilities through outside source and ensure the health and safety of end users. This mainly involves removal of all impurities from sourced water through(Borewell/Corporation/ tanker ) there by offering potable water to end user.

Fire & Alarm Systems

This is mandatory for all high rise structures, Hence all high rise structures are provided with Fire & Alarm system, This consist of high pressure line risers across all shafts in building operated through heavy duty centrifugal pumps both motor and diesel operated. The system is always kept live and worked under ring man principle & sprinkling principle based on locations. The system is operative from individual location with centralised monitoring. The other part of fire is alarm system which consist of smoke and heat detector installed at various locations to detect heat or smoke and sound alert by alarming the personnel to evacuate the facilities in case of fire.

Project Management

The project management will involve converting of cold shell in to hot shell; thereby evolving around all major faculties i.e. Civil, Design, Electromechanical . This will include the execution of turnkey project such as laying of electrical cable trenches/substation/pipelines/creating shafts/ducts/fit outs etc. with easy and safe access during maintenance.

Critical Environment

This part of offering will include wet and dry waste management/effluent treatment/sewage treatment in any facilities as per nature of business. To ensure that the facility is working in best accepted environment norms our suitable and experience workforce operates and maintains for both low-end and high-end operations. The low-end of operation will include day to day minor complaint such as segregation of dry and wet garbage at source and further treat them at OWC, attain leakages, filtering and cleaning in both ETP and STP.

Building Management

Building Management System ideally known as BMS is offering various utilities/ centrally monitored infrastructure operations in large facilities. This system helps the operator to monitor the run hours, parameters, critical error, non-working of any particular auxiliaries effecting overall function of utilities thereby alerting the BMS to take necessary corrective measures remotely.
