His entrepreneurship skills enabled him to start his first own food venture in 1997, which he successfully sold in 2010. His continued passion for food and the industry made him restart the food business through CSS and his vision is to make it an extremely successful enterprise operated by experienced professionals, who believe in the core fundamental values and enjoy their journey to success. Ramkrishna is an astute businessman, a team player who believes in empowering his leadership team to deliver to strategy.



Sekhar Seshan

Chief Executive Officer

Sekhar P Seshan is a Chartered Account by profession and has over 35 years of post-qualification experience both overseas and in India. He has worked in a large Multinational Company, a Fortune 500 enterprise for over 22 years in senior Leadership positions. Sekhar has over 25 years of experience in the Institutional Catering and the food sector with strong focus on maximizing revenues, cost efficiencies through process improvements, develop medium and long-term strategy that includes organic and inorganic growth. He has been a Board member of many organizations, is an excellent team player and specializes in identifying and developing very successful professional teams.



N. Nanda Kumar

Director – Energy & Resources

Nanda Kumar heads the Energy & Resources vertical. He is a Hotel Management Graduate with over 21 years of extensive overseas and India experience in the Energy & Resources sector. His commitment and passion to be able to serve the clients under all circumstances has earned him an excellent reputation with the clients across this sector. Nanda has been with CSS since its inception and in the pursuit of excellence, and with a ‘can do’ attitude, has developed this business from a very small base in India into a sizable global business.



Parimal Dabhade

Director – Finance

Parimal is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He has over 15 years of post qualification experience with reputed Multinational and Indian Companies. He is proficient in company finances, financial planning and reporting, identifying and mitigating of risks, transfer pricing, statutory & secretarial compliances. Parimal has been since CSS’s inception and believes in operating as a business partner across the entire organization and builds strong relationships to be able to lead a team through various stages of organizational growth and change.



Dinesh Lamsal

Director - Business Development

Dinesh Lamsal holds a degree in International Hospitality Management from Queen Margaret University College, Edinburgh and has over 22 years of extensive experience within the Hospitality Industry. His strengths are to continually engage with present and prospective clients and understand their requirements and be able to provide them a solution and experience that is unique and client specific. Dinesh has been part of CSS since its inception. His positive attitude and his ability to constantly provide innovative solutions based on new trends of the industry enables him to pursue his vision of ensuring CSS’s growth and success to become a market leader and Industry pioneer in the years to come.



Sushobhan Sarkar

Director – Operations Food Services

Sushobhan Sarkar is a Hospitality professional and has over 22 years of experience in India and overseas in Hotel and Catering Industry. He has enjoyed immense success in this industry and has gained a lot of experience in all operations and commercial aspects of the business. His passion is to continually grow as a Team Player and provide a delightful experience to his customers. Being part of CSS since its inception, Sushobhan is passionate about his work and always ensures to give his best to the Company at all times. Besides other strengths, he possesses team management and process orientation skills as well.



Sachin Desai

Director – HR

Sachin Desai is a Human Resource professional with over 18 years of experience across the Hospitality and Support Services businesses. He has worked in large MNCs and with the Food Industry Leaders developing and implementing HR strategies and systems. He has worked in diverse work cultures and has the ability to handle a large employee base ensuring business growth and continuity. As part of CSS since its inception, he contributes to company business strategies, influencing outcomes and hands on in driving results.



Tarun Malik

Vice President-Commercial – Facilities Management

Tarun Malik is a professional with an entrepreneurial spirit. He has over 20 years of experience at various managerial levels in both multinational and growth companies in the Tourism, Logistics & Supply Chain and Facility Management sectors in India. He is passionate at his work and has the ability to enhance enterprise value by building organizational capability, identifying opportunities & challenges, building strategic initiatives and leading multiple functions such as Sales & Marketing, Operations, and Commercial. He has a proven track record of creating scaled, profitable and sustainable Integrated Facility Management service solutions that create enduring value to the business.
