integrity and enforces strictly the standards of business conduct, the Group’s Code of Ethics, standard operating policies and procedures (SOP) that instills and cultivates Corporate Governance and the Whistle Blowing
culture. Our aim is to encourage a universal respect for high business standards.

clearly understand their roles & responsibilities and take a lot of pride and ownership of the same.
While there is flexibility in the execution of their duties, all CSS employees work within a framework
that has a laid out policies on Code of Conduct, discipline, Welfare & administration that protects and safeguards their interests. We have also constituted an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) under the Sexual
Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013. We conduct regular awareness across all units and back offices.
